The Deli

Our Deli counter remains operational during the Coronavirus crisis with lots of lovely cheeses, salads, charcuterie, dips and pates. Our chefs are also preparing lovely home-cooked meals using local ingredients including weekly specials, curry of the week and vegetarian/vegan options.

Buying from our deli can be just like having your own personal chef. Our kitchen team, led by head Chef Nik Tinney, prepares a range of salads, sandwiches, main meals, side dishes and puds, using the very best fresh local natural ingredients we have in the store and there is always a veggie and vegan option. Alongside you’ll find olives processed in Cornwall, award-winning charcuterie, home made pates and terrines, home cooked cold meats, and a range of pies, savouries and desserts.

No deli would be complete without a good cheese collection. Cornwall is famous for its lush green pastureland which is perfect for dairy farming and means we’re spoilt for choice when it comes to cheese. We stock over 40 cheeses of the finest quality – every one of them made locally – including two Supreme World Champions.

Our deli team is always happy to give tasters and advice on cheese, including suggestions for cheese wedding cakes.
