Visit our Deli Counter and choose from a wide selection of tasty cured meats from Deli Farm Charcuterie. Based at Delabole, which is between the north coast of Cornwall and Bodmin Moor, Martin and Jean Edwards have built up an award-winning business from scratch, producing air-dried charcuterie including many different flavours of Salami, Coppa, Bresaola, Duck Prosciutto, Wild Venison, Smoked Lamb Prosciutto and Pancetta.

We also sell in-store a wide variety of pre-packed slices from Deli Farm Charcuterie, all available in the chiller. If you can’t see what you are looking for, please ask one of our staff who will be more than happy to help.
