Love Your Fishermen – Charity Dinner with Nathan Outlaw

On Tuesday 14th February, the Great Cornish Food Store hosted a magnificent seafood feast for 60 guests. In aid of The Fishermen’s Mission, the evening raised just under £2,000. Kindly supported by Nathan Outlaw, Wing of St Mawes, Baker Tom, Cornish Orchards, Waterstones Truro & Origin Coffee. Entertainment was provided by The Newquay Singers who throughout the evening burst into full voice singing well-known sea shanties. There was a Cornish bar open offering a selection of local wines, beers, ciders and non-alcoholic drinks.

We received fantastic feedback from the evening and we would love to do something similar in the near future. To make sure you hear first about these special events, please sign up to our loyalty card when you next visit us in store.
