All our beef is selected and supplied by Philip Warren & Son of Launceston and comes from grass fed, native breeds, producing stunning meat that many of our customers say is the best they’ve ever tasted. From an impressive rib joint on the bone to a fine fillet steak, all our beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Pre-order rib on the bone, rib boned & rolled, whole topside & whole fillet, sirloin boned & rolled.
