Order Collections & Home Deliveries

During the Coronavirus crisis, we are taking orders by phone and email so that shopping can be collected from the store, or delivered to homes. We promise our same personalised service and the same quality produce – just a different way of shopping – in addition to our store being open again.

Here’s how it works

The Store is open from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 9am – 6pm.
This includes for deliveries and collections.

The order lines for Home Deliveries and Collections from Store are open Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm. You can leave a message on our answer phone (or send an email) outside of these hours.

You’ll need to download one of two order forms depending on whether you intend to collect your shopping from store and or you wish to request a home delivery.

Email your order to us: store@greatcornishfood.co.uk or call our dedicated order line – 01872 306063 – and we’ll check it all through, pack your goods and call you back to arrange payment, and delivery or collection details.

What we stock…

First and foremost, everything we sell is Cornish (well 95% is; where we’ve had to, we’ve nipped over the Tamar to Devon for the odd tasty morsel). You won’t find the prices or full stock list online, but write down what you’d like in each of the categories and we’ll do the rest.

Our Kitchen and Deli Counter are still operating, and offering deliciously fresh Cornish ready meals, including weekly specials, so treat yourself to a night off from the kitchen… Check out our Chef’s Meals for this week’s specials.

Collecting your order; receiving your delivery

Orders placed before 1pm can be ready for collection from the store next working day (subject to availability of your items), or on a specified day of your choice.

Home deliveries are now scheduled on specific days of the week by area (within a 10 mile radius or so of the store). Please take a look at the current home delivery schedule.

TR1 postcodes can receive home deliveries all days of the week (except Sundays and Mondays). Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for home deliveries.

Please note, as far as possible, home deliveries are being reserved for those who are unable to leave their homes (self isolating, vulnerable etc). If you are well and able to collect your shopping from the store, please select this option.
