Our Academy puts all this front and centre, exploding myths about the industry and demonstrating why working in food and drink is a vibrant, challenging and rewarding career choice.

Through our training, workshops, school visits and more we:

We work with schools and colleges at all levels, from exciting primary school children about how to grow and cook food, to inspiring 14-to-16-year-olds to take the first steps towards their future careers.

We also provide opportunities for older people considering a career change or simply curious to know more about working in food.
