We’ve been part of Cornwall’s food and drink scene for over two decades, devising new opportunities and tackling some of the challenges facing those who do the tough job of producing food – day in, day out.
Since 2016 we’ve also been running the Great Cornish Food Store, the world’s first, and probably only, independent food hall selling entirely local produce and located alongside a major supermarket.

The enthusiasm that is felt by those working in and around the industry in Cornwall has made its mark on the gastronomic world and Cornwall is now seen as a hub of culinary excellence.

We’re delighted to announce Richard Bain is joining us as Managing Director, alongside founder and driving force Ruth Huxley.
Nettling cheese creates patchwork worthy of an art gallery, let alone the awards Lynher Dairies has garnered over the years. The Cornish Yarg maker has iconic status in the Cornish food world, having been at the forefront of the revival of local food and drink scene in the 1980’s.
First-generation farmers Will & Kate Martin have won many well-deserved accolades, adding a Farming for the Future Great Cornish Food Award to the haul earlier this year.
