Nettling cheese creates patchwork worthy of an art gallery, let alone the awards Lynher Dairies has garnered over the years.  The Cornish Yarg maker has iconic status in the Cornish food world, having been at the forefront of the revival of local food and drink scene in the 1980’s.

Very much part of the community, Catherine & Otto Mead are committed to improving the sustainability of the dairy, producing their own electricity and reducing inputs, whilst mitigating through a woodland project.  Watch our film to find out why they won Making a Mark at the Great Cornish Food Awards earlier this year.
