Fishing for the Future

Next up in our series of films featuring Great Cornish Food Award winners is Island Fish.  Based on Bryher, Isles of Scilly, Island Fish’s founders wanted to make sure that islanders and visitors could buy sustainable, freshly caught, local fish and shellfish.

With three generations working together this truly is a family enterprise, keeping fishing alive, providing employment and economic resilience for a small island community.
