Spending three days immersed across local producers showcasing successful models of transformation and circularity that have helped the county build a year-round, resilient food ecosystem whilst taking advantage regenerative practices, low-carbon energy and waste minimisation proved an inspirational experience.

Producers, buyers, chefs, academics, and a journalist discovered the strong local supply chains that have been established in Cornwall. Demonstrating close collaboration between farmers, fishers, foragers and chefs to deliver high-quality, seasonal produce with clear provenance.
